Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By sending a message to Need2Done's WhatsApp number (+91 79898 62623) and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Services Provided

Need2Done provides hyperlocal delivery and ride services in Bhongir, Telangana and surrounding areas, including:

• Task Delivery: Pickup and delivery of items from local shops to your address.
• Ride Service: Point-to-point ride booking within the service area.
• AnyWork: Custom errand services as agreed between the customer and agent.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses.
• Be available to receive the delivery or ride at the agreed time.
• Pay the agreed fare in full upon order completion.
• Treat delivery agents with respect and professionalism.
• Not use the service for any illegal, harmful, or prohibited activities.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed before order confirmation. By confirming an order, you agree to pay the stated fare. We reserve the right to apply surge pricing during peak demand, which will always be disclosed before confirmation. Currently, payment is accepted as cash on delivery only.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders cancelled before agent acceptance: No charge.
• Orders cancelled after agent acceptance: A cancellation fee may apply.
• Refunds for service failures are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us via WhatsApp within 2 hours of the incident.

6. Limitation of Liability

Need2Done acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers with independent delivery agents. We are not liable for: delays due to traffic or force majeure, damage to items during transit beyond reasonable care, or actions of third-party service providers. Our maximum liability for any single order is limited to the fare paid for that order.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Need2Done to transport illegal goods, hazardous materials, or anything that violates local laws. Misuse may result in permanent account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via WhatsApp.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhongir / Nalgonda district, Telangana.
