2. How We Use Your Information
- Process and fulfill your delivery or ride requests
- Match you with the nearest available delivery agent
- Send real-time updates, tracking links, and OTP codes via WhatsApp
- Resolve disputes and provide customer support
- Improve our service quality and agent performance
3. Data Sharing
We share your information only in limited circumstances: with your assigned delivery agent (name & address), via Meta's WhatsApp Business API, or if required by law. We never sell your data.
4. Data Security
We use encrypted database storage, OTP-secured handoffs, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your data.
5. Data Retention
We retain order history for up to 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp.
